Economic Development Advisory Task Force
 TwinWest recently began implementing a comprehensive economic and workforce development strategy to ensure our region remains a fertile ground for growing healthy businesses and communities. In 2007, TwinWest formed our Economic Development Advisory Task Force to oversee and provide input on our initiatives, which include: strengthening public-private partnerships between businesses and local government; taking an active role in advocating on key economic development and redevelopment issues in our area; and promoting economic development through innovative programming and communication tools. TwinWest’s economic and workforce development strategy also includes our involvement in the Grow Minnesota! program,TwinWest’s innovative Business Education Partnership, and advocacy at the State Capitol.
The task force meets quarterly, or additionally as determined by its members.
The cost to become an Economic and Workforce Development sponsor ranges from $1,000 to $5,000.
