Leadership TwinWest is a cost-effective, nine-month, professional development program that connects students with local leaders in areas like healthcare, government, energy and media. TwinWest leverages its relationships throughout the community to offer an experience you won’t find anywhere else. At about $13 per class hour, Leadership TwinWest also offers a remarkable value for a program of its kind.

Over 325 business and community leaders have enhanced their leadership skills through Leadership TwinWest. Using the community as a classroom, participants go where the action is to gain an insider’s view of the behind-the-scenes workings of key organizations. Students graduate with stronger networking skills, greater personal vision and confidence and a better understanding of the key issues and challenges facing our region.  Leadership TwinWest makes a lasting impact in the careers and lives of its participants-- an impact that is noticeable in the workplace.
