Thank you for considering the opportunity to host an interactive display at TwinWest's March Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) Summit.

The STEM Summit will run similar to past years.  School districts are being offered access to two different sessions on March 19, 2013.  The a.m. session (9:00 - 11:00 a.m.) is designed for ninth graders.  The p.m. session (12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.) is geared toward 6-8 graders. We have space for approximately 150 students at each of those sessions.  As such, your  organization may see as many as 300 students.

If you are not familiar with the format, area businesses and organizations provide interactive demonstrations to promote student interest in taking STEM classes.  After a brief welcome, students have the facilitated opportunity to visit each of the displays and interact with the exhibitor. Students earn tickets at each display and also have the opportunity to win prizes at the end of the session.

Past results of this event have been great.  When surveyed, 72 percent of the student participants indicated a higher likelihood to take STEM-related courses.

We anticipate 15-20 exhibitors.  There is no financial cost to exhibit. Thank you for your interest!  Exhibitors are what make this event great!
