Leadership TwinWest is geared for established and emerging leaders in the western metro, with a focus on spotlighting regional issues while connecting participants to all aspects of the community, including the private sector, government, nonprofits, and for-profit organizations by exploring the undeniable bond between them.

Using the community as a classroom, participants go where the action is to gain an insider’s view of the behind the-scenes working of key organizations. Following the first session, participants begin to fuse newfound ideas and broader perspectives into their workplace projects and daily life.
