The TwinWest Chamber of Commerce’s Legislative Breakfast series is Minnesota’s premier legislative and political forum.  Each breakfast unites compelling, well-known speakers and state legislators with more than 150 business leaders from across the Twin Cities.  The series strikes a balance between public policy and intriguing dialogue while presenting the opportunity to develop strong relationships with legislators and public officials.

Some of the big names and featured topics from past Legislative Breakfasts include: Governor Mark Dayton; a session preview with House and Senate Majority and Minority Leaders; Health and Human Services Commissioner Mike Rothman; Met Council Chair Susan Haigh; Congressman Erik Paulsen; Political Party Chairs; and the always entertaining and insightful session wrap-up panel with moderator Tom Hauser from KSTP’s “At Issue.

Due to the popularity of the Legislative Breakfast programs you may be interested in learning more about or securing a sponsorship to market your business or organization to TwinWest members.

The monthly “Breakfast Sponsor” investment is $400, which includes:

•           2 passes to the sponsored breakfast.

•           The opportunity to distribute promotional materials/items at each seat.

•           A sponsor banner displayed at the event.

•           Noted recognition from the podium as a sponsor.

•           Recognition as a “Breakfast Sponsor” in all event promotions.

We have also created two package sponsorships that offer greater value and increased visibility for members who wish to focus on the Legislative Session (6 months) or entire Legislative Breakfast Series (10 months) through multiple monthly sponsorships.

The “Session Sponsor” is available as a Legislative Breakfast package for a $2000 investment (a savings of $760), which includes:

•           6 sponsorships (January through June during the Legislative Session).

•           2 passes for each sponsored breakfast.

•           The opportunity to distribute promotional materials/items at each seat.

•           A sponsor banner displayed at the event.

•           Expanded recognition from the podium as a sponsor.

•           Recognition as a “Session Sponsor” in all event promotions.

(“Session Sponsor” $2760 total value:  $2400 for 6 sponsorships – normally $400/month; $360 for 2 breakfast passes at each sponsored breakfast.)

The “Sustaining Sponsor” is now available as a Legislative Breakfast package for a $3500 investment (a savings of $1700), which includes:

•           10 sponsorships (September through June).

•           4 passes for each sponsored breakfast.

•           The opportunity to distribute promotional materials/items at each seat.

•           A sponsor banner displayed at the event.

•           Expanded recognition from the podium as a sponsor.

•           Recognition as a “Session Sponsor” in all event promotions.

(“Sustaining Sponsor” $5200 total value:  $4000 for 10 sponsorships – normally $400/month; $1200 for 4 breakfast passes at each sponsored breakfast.)
