Leadership TwinWest is an intensive, nine-month leadership series engaging established and emerging leaders in the west metro area. Each day-long session features stimulating, up-to-date topics and first-rate presenters. While spotlighting regional issues, Leadership TwinWest weaves in leadership attributes during each month’s session.
Leadership TwinWest connects all parts of the community - private sector, public sector, nonprofit, for-profit - and demonstrates the bond between each. Using the community as a classroom, participants go where the action is to gain an insider’s view of the behind-the-scenes workings of key organizations.
Participants come from diverse jobs and industries. They are managers, business owners, line and team leaders, service and technical professionals. They are the people in your company who will take your organization and your community into the future.
Following the very first session, participants begin to infuse their newfound ideas and broader perspectives into their projects and daily work. Leadership TwinWest is a forum for professional development and organizational improvement, making a lasting impact in the careers and lives of those who participate.
