    Alysa Schlander is Vice President of Public Affairs and General Counsel at Rapp Strategies, Inc. Alyssa has honed her expertise in public affairs through more than 20 years of experience providing strategic communications, outreach to government officials and legal counsel in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Alyssa served in leadership roles at Securian Financial, the Minnesota Automobile Dealers Association and the Minnesota Senate. Alyssa is a past president of the Minnesota Governmental Relations Council and a past board member of the Minnesota Insurance and Financial Services Council. She received her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the College of St. Benedict.

    Rich Forschler is Senior Counselor at Rapp Strategies, Inc. During a legal and public policy career spanning four decades, Rich has played a pivotal role in developing strategies to address many of Minnesota’s most important challenges. Prior to becoming a senior counselor at Rapp Strategies, Rich was a partner and head of the Government Advocacy team at Faegre Baker Daniels. Rich has served on the board of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce. He has a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
