Liz Sheridan Rammer, President & CEO Hospitality MN Liz joined Hospitality Minnesota as President & CEO in mid-2018, and has held leadership positions in both corporate and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Hospitality Minnesota, she served as Vice President of Marketing and a member of the executive management team at Life Link III, a nonprofit air medical transport company headquartered in Minneapolis. Over her 11-year tenure, Liz held three different leadership roles at the Medical Alley (LifeScience Alley) trade association, concluding her service as Chief Operations Officer. She was instrumental in growing the organization to become the largest state-based trade group for healthcare and life sciences companies in the United States. She has over 25 years of marketing/advertising experience holding account management positions at Pointward, McCann (Campbell Mithun), Martin/Williams, and Carmichael Lynch. Liz also served as Director of Alumni Relations at Macalester College and began her career in market research.
Ann Kirby McGill, Director of Strategic Alignment
Hospitality MN Ann has had the good fortune to work for some of Minnesota’s finest statewide organizations—the University of Minnesota, the Citizens League, Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota and now Hospitality Minnesota. This has given her a richly textured experience of her home state. She joined Hospitality Minnesota as their Director of Strategic Alignment in January 2020 to help reshape the newly merged trade association serving the restaurant, lodging, resort and campground industry. In 2018, Ann launched Concord Strategies, a consultancy focused on helping clients align mission and action, for good, through organizational positioning, operational alignment and relationship management. She currently serves as the chair of the Minnesota chapter of Slow Food, an organization she became involved with while attending the Ballymaloe Cookery School in Co. Cork Ireland in 2015.
