    We understand that given the seemingly daily changes regarding the Coronavirus/COVID-19 situation, there is a lot of confusion and unrest regarding how to handle business and employment decisions right now. Our attorneys will be covering our most frequently asked questions regarding the pandemic and best practices for companies to follow including information about wage and hour laws, paid sick leave, unemployment, layoffs, Americans with Disabilities Act and any pending legislation as of the date of the presentation. Please note, this is an extremely fluid situation and we are attorneys and not medical professionals ? all information provided will be current as of the present day and not medical in nature. All in attendance will receive one free credit hour of HRCI recertification credit as well as access to our COVID-19 Employer Tool Kit.
