We provide functional 45 minute sessions, doing exercises that support everyday movements. It’s a high intensity circuit training workout, delivered by experienced personal trainers. Monday, Wednesday, Friday focuses on cardio, Tuesday & Thursday focuses on resistance & strength. Saturdays is a hybrid and we have a DJ on site. Our weekly schedule is set up so you can train every day, as what you do today, won’t hurt what you do tomorrow. We give a 1-on-1 experience within a group environment, at a fraction of the cost of a personal trainers. We deliver results and have a blast doing it!
